The staff's attentive service, luxurious rooms, and top-notch air cooling made our stay incredibly comfortable. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying all it has to offer. the elegant American Bar added a touch of glamour to our evenings, and the breakfast spread was delicious, though a few more gluten-free options would be a nice addition. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Palermo.
